Do you just sell arcade machines?
No!
We offer you a total Games Room solution. Please check
out our products including jukeboxes, pool and snooker,
tables, billiards, darts, original arcade machines,
lights, fixtures and fittings... Please see our
'Categories' section for more information.
Do the arcade machines come with a warranty?
All new Voyager Machines come with a
standard 12 month warranty! Other machines might have
other options.

Do the machines have coin mechs?
Yes, we can set the machines
either to free play or coin mech.
Do the machines come in different finishes?
It depends on which product you
request. Some the machines come in 3 different colours
black/mahogany and light oak.
Can your products be customised?
It depends on what product you
request. Lots of are products can be customised, for
example, we can give your pool table a black cover if
required. The voyager arcade machines can be
customised... Also on some of the arcade machines we can
add games; so please feel free to ask if there a game
you can't see. Perhaps we can locate it for you and
integrate it into the machine.
I live outside the UK can you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we can ship to most parts of the world. Please
contact us for details if you have a query on delivery.
How Soon Do You Ship??
If you need to meet a
deadline or just have to have your cabinet right now,
please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
We have agents in
various other countries as well, so even if you've seen
a machine you like and you're not based in the UK,
please get in touch for a delivery quote.
Do you do original machines with the artwork on them
Yes, we do. If we don't have
it, we can source it from a variety of contacts...
If my machine breaks will someone come to my
house to fix it?
Yes, we do have service
engineers, who will come to your location, if you are in
the UK; but please be aware that warranty is back to
base. However but where we can we will accommodate you. If you are outside the UK, then please contact us for
further details. Go to our

Yes, we have great links
amongst the industry. If you are a trade customer,
please enquire giving details of your company/position
held etc and we will arrange a visit to discuss
feasibility.
Do you sell spares for your Voyager
machines
and other machines
Yes... Unlike any other
company that sells the
'Voyager'
brand, this is the
HOME
of the brand and thus we carry the full spares list. For
other machines, we should be able to obtain the parts. Go to our
'support' section for more information.
Do you do monitor repairs
Yes, again we have extensive
knowledge of different monitors, so please go to our
'support'
section for more information.
We have an UK showroom, but
you may visit by appointment only. Please contact
us with your enquires.
Can the coin mechs be converted to accept other
currency
Most of our products can. Please contact us with your enquire.
All None Trade Price
The prices shown
include VAT at 17.5%. You will receive a VAT receipt for
your order, which will be emailed and/or posted to you once
your order is complete. Prices are quoted in UK pounds.
Cancellation/Returns
Other arcade
machines listed on the site which fall under the Distance
Selling Regulations can be cancelled only if a notice of
cancellation is made (either by post or email) within 7
working days of the day of the delivery of the goods. The
Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the
goods if they exercise this right of cancellation under the
Regulations. If the Customer does not actually return the
goods, the Customer is under a duty to make the goods
available for collection at the Customer's expense from the
address to which they were delivered.

If it is one of our
Voyager Arcade Machines that you have ordered, then please
note... When a customer orders a machine either verbally, in
writing, or by making a payment, they agree to be bound by
that order and realise that due to the bespoke nature of
each custom-made Voyager Arcade Machine, they are not
subject to the right to cancel under the Distance Selling
Regulations, and therefore this machine cannot be cancelled
or returned.
Please note:- The
Customer will be liable for any loss of or damage to the
goods if they aren't returned in the condition that they
were supplied.
